Department of Scientific Management

The Scientific Management Department coordinates the research and innovation activities of the National Research Oncology Center, ensuring support for projects at all stages—from the development of an idea to the implementation of results. The Department’s activities are aimed at improving the quality of research, increasing publication output, and attracting grant funding.

Key responsibilities of the Department:

  • coordination of research projects, including clinical, translational, and basic research;
  • organizational and methodological support of scientific work at all stages, from the development of the research idea and study design to data analysis and reporting;
  • methodological support, including consultations on study design, statistical data analysis, and interpretation of results;
  • preparation and support of grant applications, as well as interaction with national and international scientific foundations and programs;
  • facilitation of the preparation and publication of scientific articles in peer-reviewed national and international journals;
  • support for patenting processes, registration of intellectual property, and implementation of research outcomes;
  • development and updating of internal regulatory documentation related to scientific activities;
  • monitoring compliance with ethical standards, biosafety principles, and international research conduct guidelines.
